UK Delivery


FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail UK Delivery 

* We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day up until 3.30pm.
(Excluding Saturday after 11.00am, Sunday and Public Holidays)
 
Please include a valid Post Code for all addresses, this helps speed up delivery of your order, and a contact phone number incase any urgent queries arise.
 
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.
 
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. (Usually same day until 4.00pm)
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. 
Working days are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-11am and  exclude public holidays.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

We use Royal Mail for delivery. To track delivery click on their website link and enter tracking number we will send in Parcel Dispatched confirmation Email.

How to Click & Collect

Place and pay for your order online , and we’ll process and pack your order straight away. Once order is completed an email will be sent to yourself to inform that order is ready for collection. This service is Free. 
Collection is from our Shop in Ballymena from 9am –5.00pm Monday – Saturday.
Please bring a printout of your order receipt or order confirmation email instead as proof of purchase.
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present your order number.

Ireland Delivery

International Delivery
 
We can offer selected delivery options on postage. These include Standard delivery or Tracked delivery though Royal Mail. 
 
We offer delivery of selected products from our website to international destinations. 
Please be aware though, that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery; electrical products are one example.

Products excluded from International Delivery

Duty Payments

Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Payment and VAT

Payment for products and delivery services can be made in pounds Sterling. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay us for products, or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.
Where you've requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include UK VAT
Because of this, our website may not be the best way for you to buy products if you're either a non-UK resident and wish to claim back VAT on orders for delivery outside the EU, or you're an EU business customer expecting to buy goods and delivery services without UK VAT on them.
